This is silly. Why would someone pay for work that wasn't done right. You can argue oh but he did the work and I say if the work isn't usable no it wasn't.

I mean say I commission a baker to make a multi-tiered wedding cake. I then come back 3 days later and get a shitty cake made from a box should I be compelled to pay him the hundreds of dollars for it.

Also rejections exist for a reason if requesters weren't allowed to do it and had to pay for all shit work then a lot of good requesters would leave and some others would never come because they would have no way to filter out all the crap.
