True! I guess I was just thinking in terms of them making semi decent money and not having to turk. Although the costs to even get started is nuts! Or at least was about 15 years ago. I actually took a real estate course and and passed my licensing test but the start up to market myself was crazy. I was working retail and just didn't have that kind of money up front.
