What leg work? You do a few random hits and he hands the qual out to basically everyone. Some were just on business trips when they were initially posted. If he was smart he would make the qual test harder and keep it up permanently to get a decent batch of quality workers rather than a large group of random workers that were just lucky enough to be there that week. The requestor should always focus on quality for assignments like these. Thats why Jon Leger and Crowdsource are so successful on Mturk.

http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2012/12/1...onnecticut-elementary-school/comment-page-24/ I just keep refreshing this page. It gives you all the updates as soon as they get them. This makes me sick, personally. They say that the shootings started in a kindergarten classroom. So, I wonder if it is a safe assumption to think that the majority of the dead are of this age group. Also, I can't imagine any disagreement that I could have with anyone that would make me want to take the life of anyone. Children, are even more innocent and have done nothing. My daughter is in first grade. They are having all the parents come because they are putting on a Christmas play for them. My youngest is going to be going to preschool next school year. I fear for them everyday. It is a shame that they can't experience childhood the way that I had. Safe and knowing that you could go to school to learn.
