Have you guys ran into a bunch that either do not have a calendar or only have a 2012/2013 calendar? Are you skipping them if so? It seems I may have ran across a few I have already skipped due to one of those reasons. Thanks.
I have been coming across websites with no calendars or only 2012/2013 calendars more recently. Just skip those.
What are you guys doing with Diocese Websites that have multiple schools with calendars for each and not one master calendar? There are over 20 schools listed. I might skip it and throw back in. I will send an email to Dustin but for now was wondering what you all were doing.
Hopefully those get broken down into individual schools. I combined one district that had three schools, which sucked because it's like working on three calendars for the pay of one but most of the info was the same so it didn't take that much longer. 20+ calendars is a different story.
Okay, I heard back from Dustin and this is what he said, You can just choose one of the calendars and transcribe that. Just make a note of it in the comments. Thanks for the hard work! -Dustin
Ah I meant 8,500 out of the original 26,000 he put up. I guess 7,000 of those websites will not have a calendar/updated calendar resulting in a skip. Though now that I think about it, we've probably gone through more than 8,500 since those are just the collected ones and probably don't account for the ones we skipped. So it's probably more accurate to say we've gone through ~11,631 calendars assuming there was 26,000 calendars last year as well.
I have done these every round since 2011 and I was never invited to so them this time around. Is there any way i can get in on this? My best friend did them as well and never received an invite either.
Are the calendars about done? I went through 20 calendars so far and not one of them has a calendar. Most of them show up as a DNS error or the school has no calendar whatsoever. I try to email Dustin but I never get a reply so was curious on what you all are doing. Thanks.
