Can't Find Good HIT's? 12/2

ive been putting the page that says the instructor. i dont put the page where i find the email. (if its not the same) hopefully im doing it right

 

That's how I did it last time too, all approved.

 

i just emailed rubin, but does anyone know what to do if the course wasn't taught in the fall and isn't on the schedule for the winter or spring? the last time the one i'm looking at was taught is spring '12...

 

I just put what information I found and explained that in the notes. It was approved.

 

when i had got one for spring 2011, i didnt mark a term and just left him a note. hopefully he gets back to you though so you can know for sure what to do.

What did he mean by "Link (DO NOT USE unless you have read about it above)"? That I shouldn't put the posted link that leads to the uni's catalog website on the source URL column?

 

no, just that you should read his note about it not necessarily being authoritative, so try to find the best info, don't just go by the link if it's not useful...

 

Are you guys having an easy time finding the emails of these instructors on the Rubin hits? That's what has me bogged down here.

 

i've found all of them really quickly, just google the school and professor's name, and department if it's a generic name like 'john smith'...


another tip, i was searching a course schedule by keyword instead of course number, couldn't find the course, then i found it with the course number, turns out the schedule abbreviates the shit out of these course names, and hence can't find your search term...

 

Not me. I was trying to figure out why everyone was loving them bc they are taking me forever to do, but I keep doing them since I can't find anything else.

Getting into a groove with the instructor hits. I'm sticking with four schools, so I have all the tabs open ready for searching. I think I may like this Matt Rubin.
