Thank you. I read through it and couldn't find anything I violated. I am really careful about what I do because I really need the job. I have been warned by people who have worked for Mturk before about blocks and making sure you're working for legitimate requesters, so I've been extra careful. I can't even log onto my account and they took all my money, even money I earned prior to my suspension that I hadn't deposited yet. How else can I contact them? The only thing I can think of is that the bank account I used was my roommate's bank account because he pays the rent and bills anyway.. so he gives me the difference at the end of month. Do you think that could be why? I haven't done any jobs that would be against the TOS. I stay mainly with the well-known requesters- Oscar Smith, Redwood, Amazon Requester, Classify AdImages, etc. If I do any other ones, they are normally surveys and never any shady ones. This COULD be it. I wonder how many hours I should be able to work? That is ridiculous, because we're working through individual contractors so the hours of labor shouldn't apply.
Hours shouldn't matter. I have decided to not even sleep till tonight. 4am already. too much money to be made gotta eat it up. Man I hope they reverse the suspension for you. #crosses fingers#

morning I got 5 rejections from XEROX which I completed last month, meanwhile Xerox sent me an email about a glitch in their evaluation system and the HITs will be approved. My account was suspended today afternoon, i started turking 2 months before with 1200 approved at 98.3%. Not sure what went wrong sent an email to helpdesk
Zerox is terrible. I complained about one of my rejects and they rejected the other 2 pending HITs soon after. Small petty people.
Are you saying that your account was suspended because of just the Xerox rejects? Have you had any more issues besides that? Seems pretty shitty to me.

had a block last week from ProductRNR , no other blocks does it mean, a block + few rejects = suspend account ?
They can suspend for any reason they want. However, with you being so new and already having at least one block and a rejection percentage below 99% you may have been flagged as a spammer. Send them off an email and ask them to look into it. Also, send them a copy of the email you received from Xerox. If you are not a scammer more then likely your account will be reinstated.
I have forwarded the email from Xerox to AMT, is it that bad to have a approval rate 98.3 for a newbie. Soon after the suspension I checked my account information, AMT verified my social and it was green thanks for your feedback, keeping my fingers crossed
