Hi, I am a new worker. In some cases, when I am trying to work on a hit and accept one, it says that hit has been expired and I can accept a new one. I accept the next one but the process goes on until I am told that I have accepted the maximum no. of hits and I must either work on them or return them. But each time I accept a new hit, it shows that the same has been expired. As a result of this, the percentage of returned and abandoned hits is increasing, which may lead to my suspension from the site, but for no fault of mine. Please help me to solve the issue as I am very serious of working for this site. Regards,
Yes, as a new worker it's very important to keep your percentages up! Three things: 1. Click on the HITs tab and right near the top it says "currently assigned " or something like that. Click on it and you'll see all you have accepted and how long til theg expire. 2. Try a different web browser? Safari, Firefox, Chrome for example. 3. If it's just one requester, try another one and see if you have the same problem.
