A Few Questions I do have a few questions on the Real Estate hits. I've only been doing these for 2 days now and my score is at 93. So I want to try and get it higher. First is when you search for the mls and only one result comes up but doesn't come anywhere near matching the address this is not a match correct? I'm kind of confused by the statement right under the mls number that says "If there are multiple search results, choose the one that is similar to the address below." Second question is what do you do when you search by the address but a box just pops up and asks if you are inputting the address correctly. It doesn't take me to a page saying no results. What do you typically do in this situation? By the way I am using the realtor.com website that you advised in a different post to use. Thanks for the help.
Ok for this case : yes, the address should match correctly... even if there is a result with the MLS Search.. you are right by that comment...No confusion for that..ok? If a hit having only 39 ... in address. But while searching it is having LOT 39 ... But remaining all are same except LOT. Is it a match or not?
If a hit is having "45 sterling drive/road/lane" and while searching it shows "45 sterling" only, drive/road/lane is missing. But the city, state, zip are exactly matching. Is it for sale or not?
They ran out. Same thing happened last week, and then they posted a ton of them again on Monday, so I'd expect the same next week.
With great pleasure brothers.. I encountered somethng like that I will not for sale and realtor.com. Believe for that case my score is never reduced. I will put it as a match... have to put for sale... if you have to confirm that ...you will have to get reply from RER requester himself. As far my experience my score never gone down from 100... It is still intact that 100
