Ok..that was just brutal. Took me over 2 hours to complete and I didn't get the whole 10.40. I got a bonus but it was no where near the 10.40 I was working towards. In a way it kind of sucked because I can think of other hits that I would have made the same amount in less time. I just hope this requester truly does pay. It said that they will try to pay within 24 hours but it could take longer.

I've dealt with anxiety for years, several medications and doctors. The one technique I've found that helps the most for preventing anxiety to getting to the "attack" level is to breathe out of your nose. The flight-or-fight response is fueled by the shortened breaths you start to take when you get anxious. Hope this helps.
