I probably won't be on tomorrow or much of the rest of the week, so I wanna just wish everybody a Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays.

In case you missed the memo, a lot of turkers are listening to music together in here. http://turntable.fm/whistle_while_you_turk
That's why I thought too, but if I'm doing the same ones I did the other night, I'm verifying myself.
they need some quality control on their end too. given how fast they've approved some of these batches, i doubt there was enough time to even check one submission for each different turker that worked on the batch, let alone spot check a few of them...
Read a short message (on average 1-2 sentences) and answer simple yes/no or scale questions - You can do multiple HITs Requester: slee Reward: $0.10 per HIT HITs Available: 1500 Duration: 10 minutes Qualifications Required: Total approved HITs is not less than 50, HIT approval rate (%) is not less than 95, Location is US These are the best!
Agreed. And, I disagree on the lack of work quality. If it were so bad he wouldn't be throwing more money in the pool. Of course there's an error rate on his end but, I think he simply wants to make the project cheaper once he realized he paid considerably better than most on here. Whatever, back to work....
Really? I guess after doing them for the vast majority of my first 500 approved, I got them memorized and just click through pretty automatically. Every single one takes between 30-45 seconds now...if I could only peel away from the damn forum. Coincidentally, I'm doing the Rubins anyway. ha
IMHO its the people that don't keep it real when the course doesn't exist... so they copy the Course Title Info and slap it with something in that department or not even... if its not there, just say its not there or return it!
there are also people here (at least one) who are quite proud of their 15-20 second average which means they're 99% likely to be putting "n/a" on courses that could be found if they spent another 10 or 20 seconds looking...
Not everyone delivers poor quality work on his hits. Why doesn't he reward the ones who do a good job with a qualification to work on his hits, and block out everyone else? That is a far better alternative to lowering the pay rate...
Most definitely. Some of the courses that I've gotten so far don't even exist at these schools (although that is nothing new, unfortunately).
