Some universities have the email right next to the class listing. If you search the class and there's only 1 professor teaching it with the email listed, it shouldn't take more than 60-80 seconds to complete the hit. Its not unreasonable for someone to do a hit in under two minutes.

Send him the link. He can overturn the rejections. Offer to return the bonus if he does.

If he's saying it's his bad, but he can't do it, then he's being lazy.

On the other hand, if it's not a mistake, then it's not really his responsibility to overturn them.

    Thanks for doing my HITs
in the most recent batch which i am processing currently,
it is clear that you did great job for most of it (out of 488 hits, you did a great job on about 350)
but the rest, I checked personally, and you did not do so well - I am not sure if you got bored or just tired but you are missing many many obvious questions and for about 50 of those, you copleted the survey in less thant 15 seconds and answered almost no to all the questions.
Not sure if this is some sort of error or fluke but it's clear those need to be rejected and to be put on turk again to be redone.

rejection and approval will follow this email.
    Thanks and happy new year!

Yeah, that's what I remember about Slee the first time, hence why I view his/her HITs as sketchy. Anyway, I've done about 20 Rubins so far. How does the rejection thing work in case they never get around to fixing it, I mean I know they would, but just in case they forget. Do I need 200 approved HITs to get back up to 100%? Statistics aren't my thing.

I have 2 Rubin instructor HITs pending, and I'm not touching any more until they clear. I don't care if it takes 2 weeks. Don_Gabriel, you could do some of the Delf HITs to try to make up for those Slee rejects. Unless that dropped you below 90% approval? I've done 422 of them so far today, with 1 rejection that was entirely my fault.

Wow, sounds like you had a great day and got some nice working items. You do well anyway, but now you are truly a "professional Turker" - enjoy! :)

Agreed but I'm talking about not finding the info, writing NA, and submitting within a quick period of time.

Now i'm nervous to keep doing these slee hits. I've done about 100+ so far from previous batches and only 50 so far this batch.

Takes me about a minute and a half to type in that stuff. If the information isn't there or the wrong information was supplied through the course HITs, how is it my fault that the data isn't there and I can do one of either two things, return the HIT for someone else to waste time on, or say NA, leave a note that the course isn't available or offered anymore, but was at a certain time, or pointing out incorrect university course details.

I haven't had a rejection yet, just not sure if I want to keep pushing forward in doing them. I do have the approval rating to take a hit if I do get some rejects.

    HITs Submitted 8179 —
    ... Approved 7981 99.9%
    ... Rejected 11 0.1%
    ... Pending 187 —

Can someone do the math for me? How many approved HITs do I need to restore my approval rating back to 99%? 4404 approved 466 rejected 90.4%
