Well I have a macbook now(been about a year) but before that I had a thinkpad that just wouldn't die. Lenovo makes thinkpads, so I'd imagine they're a good manufacturer. Seriously, my thinkpad from 2004 is still alive and kicking. The USB ports stopped working but everything else on it runs fine. I was a teenager and I dropped it on hard floors a lot and it just won't die.
I'm thinking it should be a pretty solid week. Might be a little slow in the morning as everyone loads up batches but then boom!
Sounds good. I don't get up till 12 everyday so I'm probably missing out on those early batch hits Since I'm never up early.. what time does it start to get busy on mturk in the morning? (I'm from WI, central timezone)
Hello from right next door in Minnesota ;-) Not real sure what time it gets busy in mornings either i enjoy sleepin in
Hey nerdlaw from MN, haha. I wish your Vikings would have beaten the Packers!! I don't like GB. 10:00 eh? Ok good, I'm not missing much then.
I did love the thinkpads that I've owned. Once you have one tho they are hard to give away. I actually dropped one down a flight of stairs and put a dent in it, the thing still worked fine. Loved the track point and hard drive airbag also.
By far these have been the easiest to find the alma maters for. Maybe there is some good coming out of Matt Rubin posting these in small (or single) batches. They were easy to find. High Five to all of us who found the correct info on the Dean and Chair Hits.

QUESTION: You have exceeded the maximum allowed page request rate for this website. Anyone no what this means, I got it on MTURK when using my page monitor?
5000+ Bertha mentioned above that they were pretty easy because the previous batch (department chair) was done quite well -- I'll second that. Nice Rubin HIT.
Your page monitor in combination with you generated so many requests that the server suspected fishy activity. You could take a break, turn off the page monitor or set the refresh interval for the page monitor higher. Or monitor fewer pages. P.S. I don't think it does any harm to your AMT rep.
