Made about $130 last week, which is about par for the course. If I didn't have masters, I'd probably be making about half that. When I find a batch I can ham for any length of time, it usually pays less than $3 an hour, and while I'm doing that I miss out on the good surveys, like that "select startup company name" thing. You should never grind a $2.50 an hour batch! Maybe an alternative strategy is to continue doing your surveys (less hair pulling for you) and maybe run pandas on batches which come out throughout at all hours. Batches with longer timers like Project Zoltar (60 min. timer) and FBA - MIC (20 min. timer) would be perfect! Therefore you can do your survey and then have a nice queue-full of this quick hitting type hits. Even though that's not how I turk, that would would definitely be a doable strategy. Good luck!

I've found this approach gets more and more unworkable as time goes by. Seems like if more than 2 people panda something it gets throttled and if you have 2 in your queue already you aren't getting any more until you do them. I exaggerate a little, but the more demand, the less you get and the more you already have in queue, the less you get. I can do a 10 minute survey and have 2 zoltars waiting on me when I am done. But if I sit and do zoltars and nothing else I can get a dozen in the same time period. The former approach means you have a shiny dime waiting for you after the survey. Yay. The latter approach gets you 60 cents in 10 minutes, which is awful. Amazon is determined to make something simple as difficult as possible. Been doing this for almost exactly 3 years now. I made the most money, by far, my first year. I didn't even run scraper back then. Year 2 sucked in comparison. Year 3 I've had masters, which has enabled me to make almost as much as year 2. Without masters I'd probably have just given up this past year. If the pattern holds I don't know I'll make it to the end of year 4.
