So I logged on today to transfer money from Amazon payments and somehow both my bank accounts are "unverified" now and I can't withdraw money. To verify them it wants me to send them a copy of a current bank statement. Fine I went to the bank, got one, printed it and sent it and it says "uploading failed" and it wont even let up verify my bank accounts. When I called Amazon to get some answers about why I can't withdraw MY money I was told that the account specialist department doesn't use phones and so therefore it is impossible to call them and get answers "so sorry, Fuk you" So now I am in limbo, don't know when I will be able to be paid next and to no fault of my own yet Amazon can't even answer a single question or offer an ounce of explanation. Update: I got an email from Amazon that said: Hello, Thanks for verifying your bank account. You can now withdraw funds from your Amazon Payments account to your bank account." So one of the uploads must have gone through, but they still show they are unverified? So I still can't withdraw money. At this point I don't know what they want me to do and no one can give me an answer as to why both my bank accounts were suddenly "Unverified"
