Hello Guys, I've ordered a cheque on 3rd of June, and received mail on 6th of June that my cheque has been converted and is in the mail. Till today 18th July, after 6 weeks, I've not received that cheque. Anyone did order cheque during this period? And received it? I am turking since last 2 years, and have never faced such issue. Please help as it worries me a lot.
Yes, I did received one on 6th of July, which was redeemed on 25th of June. Go check with your local post office.
What do you mean by redeemed on 25th Of June? Do you mean you've received exchange rate mail on 25th of June?
Same problem here. It's been more than a month but i haven't received my $122 check but I don't believe my post office also. The only problem is why mturk doesn't deposit directly into bank account or sends registered post etc. we are ready to pay extra for that along with their $4 fee.
Even I am Unhappy This is the first time I haven't received my check after getting. I requested for check on 13th July 2012, $192 this is my highest withdrawal, now have to wait for 6 weeks to get it reissue, this is very bad.
I think mturk avoids to pay people who withdraw heavy amount. I received my $ 50 cheque in 14 days but i did not received my $ 217 cheque which was issued on 7th July. So what do you think friends?
I dont think so. I came to know workers are not receiving their cheques even for 1. First cheque in mturk 2. High Amount like more than $150 3. In some cases even for $50 Mturk Behavior differs, we can t confirm only for big amount cheques
Guys, I don't think there is problem with Mturk, there is problem with our Postal Department. If you guys go to your city's head post office, you can see how they sort all the ordinary article. I did go there many times, and I was shocked to see how they sort, ordinary post articles were lying here and there, and the way they were sorting, there was high probability that they might get lost.

I don't find really good hits in mturk and I hate the penny hits of crowdflower as if he wants you to eat coal and push out diamonds from the rear end. Crowdflower really isn't serious or in a hurry to get results for his hits because he believes that some or the other desperate indian will do their hits anyway. that' what their stats say.
Atlast I got my check today. $192 which was requested on 13th July 2012, I thought I'd have to get it reissue but finally got it, I think its Postal service problem.
