    Greetings from Amazon Mechanical Turk,

You are receiving this e-mail because you have withdrawn
U.S. Dollar earnings from your Amazon Mechanical Turk account.

These earnings you withdrew have been converted into Indian Rupees
    at the following rate:

    You withdrew: US$ 100.00.
The exchange rate applied was: INR 55.3403 per US Dollar
The amount you will receive via cheque is: INR Rs 5534.03

Does anyone knows - which day/time Amazon considers when calculating the exchange rate? is it the time when we request for the check, or when they are ready to be send out?

Amazon states that they take the exchange rate which is the present with the bank they deal with at the time cheque is bein issued on our name....

And to note what i learned from Sudesh ( experienced individual of gettin nearly 60 cheques), if we make a withdrawal on Monday most likely the day time f it...i.e when a fresh week strts...we are most prolly gonna get a decent rate...

I tried once and I think it almost worked out and at tht instance i also got my cheque delivered in a shorter time
