I know that we can view our stats about hits approved, pending, rejected and reward amount for the last 45 days. Is there any way to locate the data beyond 45 days? I got curious when others on this forum asked me about requesters who had rejected my work. I have done single hits for some, so do not remember their name, so was wondering if I could find the information about the last few months. I was never keen on saving all these details during my initial few months at mturk.
Nope, once it's past 45 days, Amazon won't let you access it. I'm not sure why, though. They certainly have all our information, so why not let us see it? Amazon Payments records go back farther, but it's a bit hard to find what one is looking for there.
There is auto approval after 30 days, so if a requester has not approved within a month, amazon approves it and you get paid. If you have not been paid even after a month, you need to contact the requester.
I will be sure to save my data to my drive as I turk. I would hate to lose records of all the effort I put in.
pending approval i have 118 hits pending for approval and it's already 53 days since I worked for the hits. I have already contacted the requester but he has not yet replied to my mail. I have also contacted Amazon regarding this and I am still waiting for their reply. Well, let's see....
Mturk allows you to view your transaction history beyond 45 days. Just change the dates and you can go back as much as you wish.
HITs not verified within 30 days are auto-approved. But if you don't know if they were verified within 30 days & wanna check out their status, follow what sonica has mentioned.
