    I was trying to transcribe some work for this company the first time today and they are asking me to sign are register for an account. I have never seen this with other accounts I work on. Is this normal?

    I think its a glitch in their system. It usually ask me to do the same after an Internal Error message and then you try to refresh. I've had a lot of work that I complete and then end up returning because of it or it submits it self with a thank you message but the Hit is still open. I e-mailed them yesterday to let them know that I had to return 3 completed Hits, so we'll see if I get a response.

    I just did a hit and it sent. So I guess I will keep going.

    This is a prolonged problem. you all better read my thread named "internal error in ignite media".....
