Unfortunately you have to live in Arkansas and work on site. WWho they need to hire is a few of us who are on the site for 8-12 hours a day and can warn requesters about their hit violations. Andy, I think the person who reported your hits was probably a rival forum poster or manager, seriously.
I too feel the same. Who else could it be otherwise? The one who has done it seems to be too much insecure. Hope the forum, where he's a moderator or administrator, too does well and does well enough that he doesn't bother to think of (or say, doesn't have time enough for) being a moderator here.
Andy, I was surprised to see that you had posted that mail here on this forum. Others would have tried to hide that fact, instead you went ahead and posted here for all the forum members to see. If your hit violated the terms and conditions there are many more hits which flagrantly violate the terms. If we start reporting all such hits, I believe there will be only a handful of hits left at mturk.
All of Amazon's positions are in Seattle. Not all of the listings at that link were for Amazon; some were for a company called Shaw Group with a unit named after John W. Turk.
Just to make clear: It wasn't me. I actually wish this board all good fortune, and wouldn't think of reporting your HIT. (heck, I wouldn't otherwise have offered to help out with removing the spammers!) I don't know about the other members of **, but I would be surprised. Whether you believe me or not, that's entirely up to you of course.
If you start accusing members of other sites, you might at least have the decency to leave the name there if I defend myself. I even didn't spell it out, just used the acronym. Who is feeling threatened now?

As I'm administrator on ** (or, The Other Forum as it is called here), AND I indeed offered to moderate here, it is hard not to feel pointed at. I just wanted to indicate that we at T-N have had no hand reporting that HIT. That's it. Oh, and I never saw Finger Man, I might check it out...
Mithrandir, I don't know who reported my hit. It's not really important to me who reported it because my hits were breaking the rules. The acronym was blocked because of it's continued usage by moderators and administrators of that site on this forum. The reason for this forum is to discuss mturk in a civilized and friendly enviornment & discussion of other similar niche forums is asking for verbal wars. If you want to defend your forum I will have no problem removing posts discussing your forum by our members - just send me a message and I will look at the particular postings.
