I don't have a job, it's summer, there's no school. I'm new to this and I'm wondering approximately how much do you guys make a day from mturking? I'm sure it varies daily but just an approximate would be nice.
I am wondering the same thing. Been doing this a couple days, and if I spend about 6 hours, I come out with around 30 dolalrs. 5 dollars an hour isn't too horrible i suppose, considering I get to sit at home and watch tv while I work. Technically I could not do any other work and still make enough monthly to pay my half of the bills, but it wouldn't leave me with much moeny left over.
It varies for me depending on how much time I put into it and what kinds of HITs are up on a given day. Lately I've been averaging about $100/week for 8-12 hours of work.
Whoa! That is a lot! I make 10 bucks or so per week, sometimes more if I catch some good ones with bonuses. There's some stuff I just don't know how to do on a computer so I'm limited in what HITs are available that I can do.
This week looks like a good week I did 300 hits of the .09 ones. So that is 27.00 for just a day of work. Which was not bad. This week looks fairly good for me so far. I did those AAAS hits I am recuping from those and my eyes are tired. I worked on those from about 12 or 12:30 till about 7 or 7:30 PM. I am not that fast of a typist but did it fairly well.
I haven't been doing anything with mturk lately--too much on my plate with my personal life. But I averaged 10-20 bucks a day when I was turking full time.

Obviously in a different league. $5/week is considered to be very good, but then again I earn a lot more on my day job!
