Does anyone get a lot of rejection % by doing this? It's like no matter how good of a job you do, you still get rejected because it's majority rules and if it doesn't match other 2 workers then you get rejected. I think 2 workers is too few, they could be guessing their works for all I know. If I keep getting rejected like this then it doesn't seem like it's worth getting my rejection rate slowly higher over this.

They have been rejecting hits since long with their majority rules approval policy. Use turkopticon and check requesters before working on hits.

    Classify this

I also have same problem, Once This man has rejected 300 hits, but now i found the solution, i click only "yes" to all answer, since this is majority based, and i think other worker are also Clicking "Yes". So mine gets approval now. Simple "tit for tat".
