Sorry, I can't attempt your Hit/s as they are meant for US workers. Further, the Hit requires a special qualification, so many workers will not see it unless they view by 'All hits'. Your instructions mention it can be done in 4 min so the hourly rate works out to $1.05 at the 7c pay you're offering. People work on hits which pay them something like $4-7/hour. You'll have to raise the pay if you want good work.
Not everyone works on tasks which pay as much as $4-7/hour. Some people will work for a dollar or fifty cents an hour. And do good, even excellent work. It depends on the person and the task.
