So, while working things out with Amazon Payments I had several failed payments from Mturk. They're about $15-$17. Now that my Amazon Payments acc is reactivated, I'm wondering if I can get those failed payments reversed. Anyone ever experienced this?

I have never had my account suspended, but I did have a hold on it until I verified my address after about a month of turking. It took about two weeks of emailing back and forth with them to get the money that credited during the hold refunded to me. I say just email them, and then email them again until you get more than the automated responses!

Who were you emailing? I emailed Amazon Payments and they said the money can't be reversed. I tried emailing Mturk about it and only got the automated response. I guess I'll have to keep fighting then.

Call amazon customer service, then you can talk to a live person like I did. I will give you their number.

Failed payments are irreversible. Just have to let it go I guess...

I assume the money goes back to the requesters. But again I don't know and I'm giving it up.

Wrong, it goes to Amazon. Amazon has been involved in a lot of cheap money making tactics nowadays like it never remits more than $49 for each dollar to Indians while ODesk and other freelancing websites are paying $52 for each dollar.

You're a great turker! I'm sure you'll make that back in NO time. :)

If that thought doesn't help, just imagine flying buttcheeks. With wings.

    Just soaring through the clouds.

    :D

    Oh no! That is awful!

Sorry, I had not checked back in here. I just kept emailing Amazon through the contact us link at the bottom of the Mturk page. That really sucks! :(
