Hi, Karthik, though it's a trend nowadays that Mturk is suspending accounts with the slightest wrongdoing on your part. They are like the Soup Nazi. No soup for you Karthik. Why don't you post here the complete message that you got from Mturk regarding your account suspension. And also please be frank about what you actually did wrong that led to your suspension or you believe you did, like entering bogus information to hits, getting a lot of rejection etc. Be frank, I'm all ears to you.
You will probably have to get in touch with Amazon and ask them how or if you can get your account back. I don't think you can start a new one.
Starting a new account is one of the surest ways to get banned from AMT. Your efforts will be better spent trying to get your suspended account unsuspended.
