Hello, I would like to introduce myself as Mturk worker. I have submitted my passport and pan card as proof of my identity to mturk to withdraw my earnings in indian rupees. But still i am struggling hard to get my hard earned money. can any one suggest please!! what best can be done? (Name and date of birth matches in both pan card and pass port) but still i am getting email from mturk saying id submitted is not valid. can anyone suggest please!! asha

I will tell that I have uploaded my IDs and me get verified and got 2 checks withdrew from Mtruk too. When I got some problems I contacted the Mturk Team and they replied with in no time and given me solutions. For instance when I got my account get suspended and when I contacted them, they replied that I got 2 IDs so they have suspended the newly created one and I can continue with the old one me created ( Actually I forgot about the registration of the old account, which I am using now successfully without any problem) . Dear Riaz, i sincerely thank you for your suggestion. I have scanned my passport as well as pan card copies. First i had registered to mturk in the name of Asha S V lateron when submitting id proof, i found my name was written with full expanded initials on both the documents.(Hope you are aware in India Pan card is issued with full name with expanded initials and also in pass port too). I got the email from mturk saying that name is not matching. immediately i changed my name in mturk account with expanded initials. But still i am unable to understand whats wrong with my ID's. asha
Dear Asha, You try to upload two ID cards with same name and change your name in Mturk for the same also check that the Address matches. I think there may be a problem. I mean the two ids contents should be same. The name, Address, photo etc. Hope that helps.
dear mr.Riaz, my photo in my passport is of 10 years old and obviously it differs on my pan card. how do i get it corrected? today again i have submitted copy of my passport but still waiting for reply. asha
I have been continuously sending emails to mturk contact asking for clarification about my passport/pan card. but every time i m getting email saying verification failed....even pan card they are not accepting. As you know in india pan card/passport issued with expanded initials. my name has been written as ASHA SHAMANNA VENKATRAM In pass port and i have signed as Asha S.V. whereas my name has been written as ASHA SHAMANNA VENKATRAM SHAMANNA VENKATRAM and i have signed as Asha S.V. on pan card. i can scan and mail it to you both so that you can comment.

Asha had the same problem as me, as I submitted proof. Mturk account does not exist. (suspended).How did you clear solution to this problem?
hi asha i got the same problem , your photo will not be an issue . bcos mine is also nine yrs older one . no problem how ur signature is bcos i also signed without initial expansion in my passport. the only thing they verify our name, try this one wat i did i altered both the name with my address and the one which is the user name of mturk. alter both the name according to ur passport first given name and then surname. this wat i did . my id had been verified. they dont verify ur address so just send the page with ur photo and name . i hope this would help u dear.
