Yes -- the message box appeared as soon as I posted that. I thought maybe the bell was always there and I had suddenly noticed it. Now it's just getting on my nerves -- I want the box to go away, that is. Not a big deal, though...

Also, have you guys noticed that there's a level thing on the little progress box? Mine says level 1, it's just above the end of the progress bar. Can we hit the 25 multiple times or something? The info page doesn't mention it.

I saw on another forum that the levels are for something coming in the future and to disregard it because it doesn't mean anything yet.

I know - things are looking up - my happy dance is for the gardening articles. I've been all over them.

Snagged eleven articles yesterday, it was wonderful. Now, if they'd just approve the articles that have been sitting on my account since the 20th I'd be happy. Kiiiinda need the money.

I still have some waiting since the 10th... that one will auto approve today. Three different articles are holding me up from getting one of my bonuses :(

Most of the time my articles approve the next day at 11:30(my time) like clockwork, then the money's in my account by 5:00 and I can withdraw and have the money in my bank the next morning, but this last week is just not happening. I have $231 worth pending. I wonder if it's because it's all later in the week, I didn't get started going for the bonus until halfway through the week, so maybe they figured I wasn't going for it and put my articles on the backburner? The four articles I did one day early last week approved the next morning like normal.

I have a bunch from last week too. I think they are going through some internal changes again. They made callouts Top Tier only, so Junior Writers can't do them anymore and apparently are having some issues with people duplicating articles word for word, so my guess is they are really scrutinizing our work again.

I wish they would look more closely at what passes the article title phase. Some days you look and there are ten titles on one topic that are pretty much exactly the same. The links hits are ridiculous, it seems like 75% of them are just "pictures of X", which is definitely not something I want to try to write three sentences five times about, you know?

Hopefully things will start approving :/

I'm trying to imagine how many total articles this project involves if they want hundreds of articles each on thyroid hormones, turkey brine and hairdos for round faces! The whole thing is just mind-boggling... But ours is not to reason why... (to quote Tennyson -- I had to look that up, BTW, I thought it was 'not to question why...')

Well, my theory of doing work at the beginning of the week to get approved failed. Did six articles yesterday and still no approvals. I'm just kind of annoyed because I depend on this income to get important things. You know, like food.

Scratch that. Majorly annoyed. I have over $300 pending right now, not including the $50 bonus.

That was my suspicion as well. It seems most of us have noticed that starting around the 20th the review process was slowed. I think that a large number of us have been "streamlined" into approvals to next business day.

Every one of mine just approved, with not a comment in sight. I guess they got it all worked out.

Definitely not looking forward to the "estimated two weeks of no writing" that's going to happen.

TurtleTape - Have you qualified or taken the editing test yet? If you have an interest, I think there's a test available now. Qualifying would give you plenty to do. I was kind of expecting something like this because of how the editing hits keep mounting... (I'm reluctant to do them, but I guess I will if I have to!)

I took that editor test yesterday and well, let's just say editing should pay more than $2.00 a HIT. The articles given to edit were horribly written and required a lot of editing. And even if approved, I'm sure there will be a limit on work for newbies. Will have to wait and see.
