hence the reason i barely participate in the threads anymore.. part of me feels the great hits thread needs to be closed off to registered members only.. but that would encourage trolls to sign up since its the busiest thread on the forum.. and even if the entire forum is closed there is no way to avoid trolls... just gotta keep hitting ignore for now..
I still remember what strlfn said about attacking and destroying this forum. It's the first thing that comes to my mind whenever I see a spammer flooding the new posts section, trolling and finally this porn attack!!!
All these people signing up and posting pictures, and spamming in the most valuable thread hurts a lot. I check this thread only in slow times now. I'm sticking to turkalert, hitsworth turking for, and the few others.
the worst thing is that while she was here she was very helpful with answering questions from new folks..
I'm with you, it does hurt a lot.. it clogs the thread and apparently is offensive.. i say that because i did not actually see what was posted today but by the comments it must have been pretty bad.. i don't even use turk alert.. i used to post all kinds of batch hits and answer questions about requesters that people were nervous to do.. but i'm good on all that. i will just sign in, keep to my list of requesters i like, and go from there
No shit sherwood...only the moderators can see the ips..but I can spot an asshole a mile away.. You're very lucky im not an op or I would get your ip and I would compare it..and yes it is a real occupation..I have done this for 8 years.
Don't give up yet. There are some fools running around here, but for the most part this is an extremely helpful site still. There have been a couple of incidents of spamming and inappropriate content, but this is few and far between for the most part. We like you here!

what exactly happened today? I mean i have seen the troll start trouble at least 3 times a week but it has been awhile since folks have been in a uproar like this.. pm me with details..what were the images? was it just pics that made everyone mad or was the troll starting drama too?
