I am still working on these - Judge: Sentiment of a Keyword Expressed by the Author (US)

Still over 10k of them available. Even if it takes you a whole minute per HIT (That is a slow pace!) that is $8.40 an hour

Come on guys, let's knock these out.

Those sentiments are a joke. CF's are read 20+ sentiments for 11 cents @ 4-6 minutes each and CS's sentiment HIT is to read 2 full page editorials and determine their sentiments for 14 cents. What a joke!

I've never been rejected by them. I've had a soft block on another type of HIT of theirs but they still approved the work.

I'm getting a TON of "neutral" answers

You can skim it. You will easily get the feel of the keyword.

Yep, open article, ctrl-F, type in keyword, skim highlighted parts.

Oftentimes reading the title alone will give you the sentiment.

APPLE SUES THE PANTS OFF OF SAMSUNG.

    Pretty easy I think ^_^

Some aren't as easy but most are. For example reviews of a product are almost always positive, unless the product is being bashed.

They only want you to get a feel of the articles sentiment. They even mention in the instructions to ctrl F and search for the keyword.

I'd do HITs for CS any day over CF...those 2 articles are not at all long. You are looking for the sentiment for a specific keyword not the whole article.

Me too! Most are just information articles and are neutral. If the author of the article got excited about the product sometimes I put positive depending on the extent of their excitement. lol

How strict were you with your answers? I've done a couple so far since I've never done CS sentiments, and I'm coming across in-betweens that miiight be positive/negative but they're iffy. I really wanna jump into this batch head on though and get into a groove.

In relations to the Crowdflower sentiment HITS: Anybody getting some forum board post with the keyword. What do you do in that situation? Just mark it neutral and leave a message?

I think the Visit Website hits are quicker than the Sentiment hits. At first they took about a minute, but now that I have the questions memorized and know what I'm looking for I can get them out 2 per minute. $12/hour not too shabby. Lets just hope they work out and get accepted. :p
