And they rely on our honest answers for their results that they are serious about collecting. I was honest last time with a different survey similar to that one. I clicked I was white. Then after I submitted it, I found out from others that you had to be African American. Other people did that too. For fear of rejection, I emailed the requester and apologized that I didn't see it in the description. I learned later she added the description after quite bit of us did this. Requester replied that it was fine and approved our surveys regardless.
It doesn't matter, that particular survey didn't generate a code at the end, so I returned it anyway. Heads up for anyone else attempting to do it.

Does anyone have the Mike Lazzaro qual? I only did 8 hits yesterday as test. All were approved today and I went to do some more but I don't have the qual.
I don't have it. Yesterday they were .05 and you needed 5000 approved to do them I think, now today you need a qual. and they're .07. He must have been getting poor work. I only did 1 so I doubt i'm getting that qual
i noticed that also.. yesterday there was no qual and today there is.. i didnt do any of his but have done hundreds of the tim e-mail hits and others.. i am just going to e-mail him and see what happens.. wonder if he wanted a certain number completed yesterday to obtain that qual?
