    I keep getting this message: Your request was not completed successfully. Please try it again. If you continue to receive this message, please try your request again later. What's it mean? I haven't received an email from mTurk but get this with every hit I try to do.

    Strange. This is the first time I am hearing this. Better you send a mail to Mturk regarding this. I think no others can help regarding this.

    I sent them an email but thought I'd check vs. wait 2 days LOL

    I am getting this error: We encountered an internal error while accessing the sign-in mechanism.
    If this problem persists, try signing out using the link above, or try again later. Has anyone else had this problem?

    send a support ticket to amazon is what i wud say

    i did, but hate to miss out on work for days while i wait, so was hoping someone else had maybe had this problem.

    Same problems

    I have been using mturk for over 2 years now and have never had a problem. I am now getting the exact same message you posted on here. Sent in an email but like you, I can't afford to miss anything waiting on a response for 2 days. A couple of my other friends are able to log in fine.
    Did you find a solution to this yet? Please advise if you have!

    Nope have not found solution yet,and like you i have friends that can log in fine, let us hope it gets fixed soon, or someone finds the solution to the problem, I heard mturks has a new look now, and that could be part of the problem maybe..idk.

    It just started working for me again, Think was just a glitch in the matrix...lol, sucks though cuase i have alot of making up to do now.

    hello,

    after changing my address in amazon.com, i can't able to log in to my mturk account.while logging in i am getting the same error.

    "We encountered an internal error while accessing the sign-in mechanism.
    If this problem persists, try signing out using the link above, or try again later."

    I don't think that is because you changed the address... it will be a temporary problem with Mturk... may be solved after some minutes or hours...
