I do them occasionally, all of them have been approved (even one where I messed up the QA question). The only issue I have with them is that it's too little pay for me to really be able to grind through a bunch of them and not feel like it's a massive waste of time.

I'm thinking that he did changed the qualification to 10,000 because of the scamming results people were submitting. These names came from somewhere, and I know in the past he has had us submit the names of professors. If these were results submitted by people I hope he blocked them, and by people I mean people who scam, who submitted a name like : Word NONAME.

I wonder if you can do this more than once. I submitted one and then noticed that the next one has different questions and it doesn't say not to do more than once. What to do?

Helen Colby 40 cent rejection from yesterday. Anyone else get this? I was thinking of emailing the requester but I probably just messed up an AC or something.

Edit: I see 3 people already left bad TO today

I don’t know whether he bought his list of names from someone else, or gathered them himself from a different HIT, or used OCR on some paper documents... you never know.

For some of those with a NONAME component, the other name is so unique that I have been able to find the person. Not many, but a few.

Some of the names are mangled because they have diacritical marks and that seems to have broken something (ex: “Ordoñez”).

I find that a lot of these "professors" are no longer professors and have moved on to the private sector.

something to do with looking at porn for 7 cents...

Ok so the minute I read the top part followed very closely by the bottom part I choked and almost died with the amount of tea that was coming out of my nostrils. To to funny. I know this wasn't intended this way but now I have to go look up some Netsmi and see if I can find this stuff. :)

I'm pretty sure it was due to scamming. People like that make it hard for the honest workers. http://turkrequesters.blogspot.com/

I just want to put my 2 cents in. I think you over reacted a little bit. This didn't have to get so blown out of proportion. The post wasn't even directed at you. If the person who the post was intended for doesn't care or post something back, I think you should stay out of it. Sometimes it happens, I've been there where I go back and forth with someone and it's best if you all stay neutral and not jump on someone, of course unless it's something that crosses the line. But I'm sure Vitalis was done with the post and then you added to his/her aggravation and then he/she posted something a little more rude.

I agree. I think this is why Schnieder changes his qual as well. As a way to keep noobs who don't understand away from his hits and hopefully getting correct information through.

Same here, I sent a message to find out why. Also when you search Colby now, the hits which look similar to the ones from yesterday now have a Masters requirement - from what I can tell.
