Now i regret all the time i spent on mturk...atleast they could pay me the money i earned and suspend my account...hw cruel..I lost all my respect for amazon and mturk

lol.. They suspend your Amazon mechanical turk account , not your amazon account. Giftcard balance should be available even after suspension of amazon mechanical turk account.
hi i have 6.94$ in my account.... i am putting my email id and password it is coming that it is wrong password ... i also send a mail to the customer care they sent me that my password was encrypted .. what is encrypted .. did anyone have this sort of problem.. did u get ur account back ... but i have 5 rejected in my account..... do you think my password is gone for rejection ..... and i want no how to find which requester blocked .. how to find .... reply please... ... troublesome shet ... mturk .... i think it is waste of time................
Hello, you probably forgot your password or someone you trusted your account with changed it, I'm sure mturk support told you to go here: and then Mturk will send you a new password, a better password which you can then change to whatever you want. Don't worry about your password being encrypted, that only means they can't find it out for you.
i know that i also tried that but it is coming another account ... i have two accounts in one email id ... 1st one was gone which was asking now. second was there ..i put email id there and password assistance also come and it is coming for second account password change and not for first account... so say me how to delete a mturk account .........please
