When I searched for her, the two hits say that a masters is required. It didn't say that when you submitted it?
Are you sure? One of them lets me see the hit and gives me the opportunity to accept it even though I'm not a masters. The other one won't let me see it.
I can see it and have the chance to accept but when I try accepting something with the Masters it will tell me I'm not qualified. When I did her hit yesterday it was not listed as a Masters Qual.
The same thing happened to me. I emailed her twice - once yesterday and once today. No reply. TO says it's happened to lots of others, too. The masters qualification definitely wasn't there. I always check carefully, but the past few days I have been checking everything even more than usual because my friend is just starting on mturk and I'm always skimming for things he's qualified for, too.
Still no reply from my email. The master's qual was not there. This is crazy! Did anyone get a reply?
Okay! Update! Got a message from her less than an hour ago. "I apologize for the confusion related to this study. I have looked into it, and have discovered that there was an error on our part and am working to correct it and ensure that you are paid. Unfortunately, the text of the link to the study was correct, but the underlying link delivered some workers to an incorrect, older study, so their information was not recorded and they were not paid. Right now I am working to ensure that everyone receives the $0.40 that they earned by paying it through the bonus system. I have also contacted Amazon and asked that they reverse the rejections so that your rating will not be adversely affected. Please allow a week or so for this to be done. If you have any additional questions or comments, please feel free to email me at ____ Again, I apologize for the problems, and I appreciate your patience."
Very polite and apologetic email - she also paid through a bonus so that we will not have to wait for the rejection to be reversed to get paid.
Just got another email. Check your email for a bonus. She says she's still working on reversing the rejection.
