Heads up, if you don't have Excel there are plenty of free alternatives that you can use such as google spreadsheets or Excel web app. I think it would be okay to use either of these as long as you save it as an excel file. I could be wrong though?

Considering most of the ones I know save in a format that can be opened by Excel, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

True, but at least with re-writes you're being paid for time and effort.

This other hit is pretty deliberately bad. The worker gets overpaid to do basically nothing, and is compensated so highly to act essentially as a fence/launderer.

I'm not going to touch it or leave bad TO or anything like that.

But I think there's a big difference between:
-individual users choosing to use a dummy facebook account to protect themselves from scams and spam (which is totally reasonable and harmless)

-enabling someone to setup literally 80+ different AdWords fraud accounts that are going to be used to create scam SEO spam junk sites. And in the process of doing the latter, also attaching their own IP, location, and possibly google account to said fraudulent activity.
