It seems they have done so... By word of mouth, I heard that there have been some changes in their policies of late. They are now accepting Non US registrations now... But, I require first hand proof... because many of my friends are eagerly waiting for this to happen... Anybody from India who has joined in the last week or so - please let me know the true picture... Thanks in advance my friends...
Any update on the non-US registrations issue? I had sent an request for new account around mid november, but it was rejected. I had also made a post on this forum about that, do read it once . Please tell me if you have any new updates. BTW where did you hear that?

If you all notice, no one has confirmed this. It is only word of mouth. A couple of threads about it were started here, and apparently people believed that one thread confirmed the other---even though it was admitted in both that there is no proof. I'd love to be wrong, but my take is that this was a rumor and now is being mistakenly believed and pursued.
I sure that Indians have a block for joining mturk, amazon is sending an email that they reject your signup form because of limiting non-us turkers. (one of my friend recently tried it)
