is chat discussion helpfull to suspended mbrs?????

    i got this mail from amazon after chating with customercare mbr...

    Hello, I just wanted to send you a quick follow-up e-mail on our chat discussion.

    I have forwarded your issue to Mechanical Turk specialty team with following comments: ----
    " The account status is "Suspended" , customer wants to know the reason and wish to reopen this account which has $71.25 balance. Please assist him as soon as possible." -----
    A member from Mechanical Turk specialty team will get back to your concern within 2-3 business days. Please do not worry we are here to help you.

    After you chat with Amazon CC for any issue they will usually send a follow up email regarding the chat you had with them. And in your case they have sent the follow up that they will send your concern to the Mturk team, as Amazon can't do anything regarding mturk issues.

    Any time an entity says, "we are here to help" I get nervous...LOL... :) I'm sure they will follow up though.
