Yeah, I believe there is now. It's something like being under 85%, I think? You'd have to email Amazon directly, but it's something like that.

    Why, are you screwing up?

Yes, be careful in the earlier stages. Work on padding your numbers so that you can risk rejections without having to worry about it.

    I have two questions:

I'm seven days in, and my tax info is still pending. I dug out my Social Security card, and saw that only my middle initial is on it. I put my full middle name in. Should I try to change things now, or wait until I'm either approved or denied?

I did a bunch of gogos, and all but three approved. It's been about 24 hours now since the others went through, and those three are still pending. Do I have to worry about them being rejected? That would hurt me since I'm only in the hundreds at the moment.

    1. I would probably wait until they approve/deny everything. It doesn't sound like that will be too big of a deal.

    2. Gogo does that sometimes (as well as a lot of other HITs). Just be patient, they'll approve eventually.

    Thanks.
I checked again today and my tax info's been approved, and only one gogo is pending now.

    My non-n00b n00b question:

I know people say that your returned HITs percentage doesn't really matter (except for the very few requesters who care about that) but that you shouldn't have any/many abandoned HITs, if at all possible, because that is bad. Why is it bad? If returned HITs percentage doesn't really matter much, why does the abandoned HITs percentage apparently matter so much?

Any suggestions? I can't get the Great Hit Export extension to download. I'm still trying to get my new computer set up and am still missing this.

Also, could anyone point me to where I can find/read about the auto-accept script? I can't find it in the scripts forum.

Is there any way to make it so I don't receive an e-mail every time I get a bonus?

I've NEVER heard of your return/abandon rate being an issue. And I've seen all sorts of different percentages. Requesters have the option to require a certain percent, but it's VERY rare. It's really not something you should worry about.

What type of browser are you using? Lemme know to see if I can be of some assistance.

And, I've never heard of an auto-accept script. I don't really know how that would be helpful, since you can just click "Automatically accept the next HIT" on anything you're working on.

I don't think so. I don't see anywhere you can do that in "Account Settings" on AMT.

If you don't want to receive them for whatever reason, you may have to do that through your email service options.

Hi Nate, thanks for responding, and for the entertaining videos. The hit export is for FireFox. When I click the link and go to download, I see a page of gibberish, and nothing downloads. I had it on my old laptop and am trying to get the new one set up.

Earlier in the week, people were talking in the great hits forum about how they have something they use that automatically accepts a hit. They were referring to how TaskRabbit has one or two pop up occasionally. Somehow, they were using something that grabbed that hit so they could switch over and do the hit. They said it also helped the to grab the stragglers from large batches that expired on other people. Sorry for being so vague, I'm just trying to remember what they were talking about.

Yeah, I'm not totally sure about that. I don't think such a thing exists. However, they may have been talking about the "Check4Change" add-on. (Which is probably more likely).

As far as the Hit Export: Before you downloaded, had you already downloaded GreaseMonkey? I know you need that first before you can download the scripts.

Damn, that's what it is. I didn't get greasemonkey. It's been about 5 months since I put it on my old computer and I forgot about that. Appreciate it.

Maybe I'll throw out the question about the accept a hit thing in the hits forum and see if anyone remembers. I remember thinking that would be great once I figure out how to use Windows 8 and can function normally again. Hmmm.

Anyway, thanks for clearing the cobwebs out of my brain!

In almost all email programs you can create rules. In this case, you could make a rule that any email that includes "You've received a bonus from", is automatically sent to the trash, or a seperate folder, or whatever you want.

I am trying to set up my bank account so I can withdraw my money. However, when I went to set it up, it only gives two options....a personal checking account or a corporate checking account. I really wanted to transfer this to one of my savings accounts. I have a routing number for the savings account. Has anyone else tried to do a savings account or do I have to use my checking? I'm trying to save for something special and don't want the money getting "lost" in the checking account where it will probably be squandered on bills.

    Thanks for your help.

And while we are on banking...
I have applied twice and still have not got it connected to my bank account. Who would I call to get this straightened out?
