Canon 5D Mark III

    Not to one-up randallwade's 5DMKII thread, but interestingly enough my goal is for the next iteration of the 5D line, the Mark III.

    I need about $3,500 or so for the camera and the 24-105mm f/4 kit lens. I've managed to grab about $850 from mTurk so far and another $1,300 selling some stuff of mine that I never use anymore, so a bit more to go!

    No worries! Hey we all got our thing right! I would like the Mark III as well, but that would probably take me another year! It's a great goal, best of luck

    Mturk got me my 5D Mark III with a 24-105, and some other lenses, it can be done! :)

    That's funny, that is my goal too. 5D and then bigger down payment for my car! I feel like it's going to take forever but at least I'm not taking out of my savings.
