Pretty much if you followed directions and ONLY answered 5 and 6 you get the $1.50. Not sure what happens if you didn't pay attention and answered all the questions.
it says the other questions are optional i still answered them and was invited into a different 1.50 survey it just changes which 1.50 survey you get
