There's not really too much going on tonight, but I would look into some Crowdsource HITs to see what they might have. Besides that, just keep monitoring the forum here to see if anything pops up.
Honestly you can't even worry about it. If you want more approvals, do more HITs. Requesters may take up to 30 days to pay you (most are much faster). You'll get to know the times after working a bit, or you can check out the auto approve script that will tell you how long it will take to get paid.
What did I learn today? I am somehow unable to do this half-assed at all. It's either stimulant cocktails and attacking this thing like a rabid dog after a bitch in heat or it's just a waste of time. I think I've returned more money than I have submitted due to just...meh-ness.
When you're not motivated to even do good paying jobs, it's time to take a break. You're not going to make anything anyway so why stare at the screen?

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish I had one of those mind-numbing "e-cig" articles to rewrite at the moment. They pay pretty well, and you can do them pretty quickly if you have some writing experience (thank you, English minor). After awhile, they just made me feel extremely frustrated, because of the atrocious grammar and writing, etc. That being said, I'd totally do one if it popped up right now.
Requester have 30 days to pay you. Depending on the requester it can be fast, or it can take a long time. You'll be saving yourself a lot of stress to not really worry about it much and just keep on turking. They will pay eventually. More importantly make sure that you only work for reputable requesters. Always check TO!
