Ugh...Tonight has not been good. Normally by now I am sitting at $20 or more worth of approved hits. Tonight I am only at $12. My good batches are just not coming up tonight. Guess I'll go mess around with the Rubin hits and maybe rack up the money for later.
I wish there was a running counter of WHAT approved when.... So you could have like a stream of your approved HITs as they happen. Not directed at you Lori - just in reference to the comment about separate threads... This has been discussed many, many times since myself and several other members (Granit, Cowfin, Dallasa, Moutheater, flora, NatureGirl, 2MuchTuirkin and more...) made this thread a while back in August.... Any one is welcome to create a thread and several have tried "survey" threads, "batch only" threads - etc... But it only lasts a day or two. This thread seems to work well the way it is set-up, the way I initially started it and envisioned it. With the listing of great HITs as well as the discussion of those HITs and, Yes!, some off topic conversation (with-in reason) from time to time! Gotta have fun while Turking! Why complain about what works? We are breaking records every day. How many have found scripts they would not have found if it wasn't for this thread? How many are hitting the goal we set back in the day of $25.oo per day since they have been here; or at least setting higher and newer goals for themselves as a result of this thread! How many learned how to make money on mTurk because of this thread?!? My signature says it all...
I have an instructor who is actually a student. When you pull him up, he comes up as a graduate student because he is at the University getting his Masters. He has a Masters from 2 other countries so he is teaching also. It's crazy because I want to address him as a professor, but he refuses to allow anyone to do that since he is a student.
