I've tried twice with this guy and both times when he sends the email about requesting information at a specific time, I reply and he tells me it's all filled up. Others have had luck with it though so give it a go!

Good observation, I've noticed that may times as well therefore at times I usually give the name not the link so as not to have anyone miss out because the link was bad. Some people may think I was making it inconvenient by doing so however I was doing them a favor.
