An exhausting family drama about a porcelain empire and just as hard a flick as its subject matter I thought i had mastery of the English language...I put this a moderately negative...no idea though...
Entertaining, and informative too! Whenever they put stuff like Godard or Truffaut (or any non-US director I vaguely recognize as someone I'm supposed to like) in the sentiments, I assume that's some kinda high praise. I'm guessing Charbol is along those same lines.
I envy the person who got to read all the movie reviews and pick the sentences to use in these hits. That seems like a fun job.
