I usually just do 10 because it makes my Page Monitor go like crazy when I get too much crap going at once. Some people say they do like 50 in the morning first thing then reset it to something lower to refresh throughout the day.

when you want to do batches try sorting it by Most Available,works for me I do 6 personally works pretty well,could get away with even less really but doesn't really matter since 6 doesn't usually give me more than maybe 20 or so non ignored
