Why is the DAC7 form showing up again? I am not in the EU and none of us on here are either. Will we not be allowed to do HITs from requesters in Europe if we don't fill this out?

Looks like someone got an email from Mturk regarding DAC7 that was posted on Reddit. It looks like it applies to all of us if we want to continue using Mturk... The EU has recently implemented the DAC7 directive (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dir/2021/514/oj) that requires us to report Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) Workers’ taxable income. While this directive is administered by the EU, it applies to all Workers on Mechanical Turk. To comply with this directive, please complete a tax interview at this link (https://worker.mturk.com/account/taxinterview2) or by visiting the Mturk Worker website no later than February 28, 2023. On the Mturk Worker website, you will notice a banner displayed on the page requesting your participation in a survey. I was gonna fill it out but it has my old address in a different state. Errr, I still don’t know how to change my address on Turk. I was able to do the Noah hits last night bc I still have the Ga qualification, even though I’m in Alabama now.
