I didn't even realize that. I was in a hurry to submit it before it expired. Usually I don't pay attention to what was there. Anyway they got back to me apologizing for the short timer and thanked me for letting them know. They said they will manually approve the HIT and I see that they already did.

This says in the hit description you need a smartwatch, but you don't. A smartphone is all you need, as long as it has fairly up-to-date software. You do have to download an app to your phone, but you can take it right back off, and the survey only takes a few minutes ETA: watch the approval code. Mine gave me one approval code before I did the task with the app, and another after, and they were different. Pretty sure you need to use the one they give you after the app task
