I guess I did something wrong with them and I am not qualified to work on their HITS. It would seem there is no way to get back on their good side once you are blocked? Is that true, can anyone suggest a way I might redeem myself? I am not really even sure what was wrong with my work quality.

If you are new to CastingWords, and if they dropped your PPT to 79, and if you've done good work thus far, then there should be no need to worry. This little 'surprise' seems to be a sort of 'initiation ritual' that they impose on most newcomers. ;-) IIUC, basically they block you temporarily until they get a chance to fully check and review your first few transcripts.

Contact them. If they decide to keep you on, then they'll send you some further introductory information, and if all goes well your PPT qualification should soon be restored. Good luck!

BTW, now might be a good time to set up your support account at:

    http://support.castingwords.com/

Posting a support inquiry on that site is one of the ways to contact them.

[Note (for future reference): Support inquiries posted there can seemingly 'disappear' from the "existing requests" area. If your message 'disappears' it can probably be found by clicking: "View your recently solved and closed requests." And from there, click through to the message to see if any replies have been posted.]
