    Hi,
I am trying to submit a batch with 10 HITs. I have a csv file with one header row and 10 following rows with each HIT. Unfortunately, when I submit 1 of the 10 HITs fails by showing "1 failure" in the status bar. It also gives a csv file with the "ERROR Details" column and the error for that HIT reads "AWS.NotAuthorized". I don't know what to interpret of this error message. I tried looking for different forums but was unsuccessful in finding an answer.

Is it because the row of the csv file is too large? Please help me fix this issue.

P.S.: I have successfully submitted batches and HITs before but this is the first time I'm seeing this issue. It giving the same issue in both requester and requestersandbox

    Best regards,
    Ashutosh Baheti.

There are mostly workers here that do not have the knowledge of the requester's side of how to post HITs.

You may try asking in Reddit. :reddit: I've seen requesters post there sometimes for help.

Good luck and hope you can find the solution to your issue.
