    I think they should be limited to 10 lines and no font size changes allowed.

    If not anything else, simply for easier thread browsing. Thoughts?

    Signature Restriction Poll

    Should the number of lines in a signature be restricted? Should you be allowed to use a 22pt font? I'm thinking, excluding links to thinks that are helpful, your signature shouldn't be more than a few lines of statistics, not an over-glorified MTurk Resume. Thoughts?

    I think there is a vBulletin.org modification that would limit signature to X number of lines.

    I tried to bring up this question in my little sarcastically passive-aggressive way with my on-again/off-again signature.

    Do away with the things, or at least severely limit characters and size.

    In reality, I don't careeeeeeeeeee. As long as everyone will shut the hell up.

    I think the number of lines HAS to be restricted along with the font changes. If it's not, people could still write a book in their sig and take up loads of space regardless of font size just to be jerkish...

    I would be happy with no font size changes. Regardless, I just ignore any user who's signature is big and annoying, makes the Great HITs thread much easier to read.

    EDIT: For those who don't know, you can turn off displaying signatures in Settings. Thankfully, it hasn't come to that yet.

    I have a HUGE MOTHERFUCKING signature for 5 minutes and Andy removes it. MikeTurka24 has one FOR FUCKING EVER (and is bigger) and Andy lets him splooge all in his face.

    I honestly don't care what anyone puts in their signature. I only care when your signature consists of bullshit nonsensical stats that make your signature look like some kind of bastard resume written by an elementary school student in a giant font that can't be ignored.

    I agree the censorship between the two is crap because of how much of an ass miketurk is BUT
    he didn't have bad words in his. We "try" to keep things decent because of requesters stopping by. If they see a bunch of profanity, they may shy away. It's understandable..

    All "clubs," "awards" and "teams" should be removed. They're obnoxious and immature.

    Can we post opinions here, rather than confronting each other? Everything seems to be an argument today. :frusty:
