Am I the only one who'd gotten blocked by this requester after only doing two hits and both being approved? I sent a message no response of yet.
I've done loads of Zings and never had any issue at all. I've also messaged them a few times with questions and I got a response that same day (on business days). They hard blocked you??
yes they did and I finally got a hold of them and they reversed my block. I'm never touching them again. the messages: Zing Hi Angela, Your account was blocked because all of the receipts you marked as duplicates were in fact not and we are looking for high accuracy on these tasks. When I looked they did look similar to me. As far as I know, I've only did two hits from you. I don't believe that I deserve a block for that. Also, it was just .01 per hit. Why didn't you just reject my work? Blocks are far more harsh than a reject. Being blocked endangers account from being suspended from mturk. Why pay me if my work wasn't up to par? I don't think I deserve a block for it if my hits were approved. That's very unfair. Can you please reverse it and I'll make sure I won't bother to do your hits again. It may just be me but that's like telling a coworker they're fired without giving any warning signs before hand and letting them know they're doing poor performances.
Question: How could you not be sure whether it's the same receipt or not? All you have to do is match up the store location and then the time and the total. You don't even have to look at any transaction codes. Better revise your method! You have to understand that there really isn't any employer / employee relationship between most requesters and workers. As far as they're concerned they're just deleting an underperforming robot from the pool. Sucks, but that's the way it is...

i used to do more than 2000 zings per day from 2013 on words. yesterday i got block from the requester . due to the internet problem last week receipt was not loaded completely unloaded receipt we send as invalid that day we got 10 rejection . we felt very bad this was our main income
